The swimming area is one of the best we've seen in a hotel of this size. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options for everyone. The rooms are a really good size, also amazingly clean. The staff was so nice and were willing to help any way they could.

I had a mishap with using a third party however, the staff was more than helpful with fixing the issue and even giving us a later check out time for our connivance.

Although our room was next to the elevator, we didn’t hear any noise from elevator usage. It was very quiet during our entire stay. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were great.

The room was very nice with comfortable beds. The pool area was amazing. My 3 kids (2, 5, and 6) all loved the slide and water features. I loved that they were able to play in water but still touch the bottom.

The pool was great, staff was nice, respectful, and breakfast was decent. Can't think of anything that would stop me from staying here again

The pool at this hotel is fantastic, we always stay at this hotel when in Columbus with the kids because of the pool and the free breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby and it's not too far from the other attractions we visit when we're in Columbus.

Location was great! The pool was wonderful but a bit chilly. Rooms were nicely appointed and shower was nice. Our room was on a very quiet floor.

Loved that the pool area was kid friendly, was disappointed that they didn’t have the hot tub though 🥲. Whole place was very clean , breakfast was great. I think they could use more seating but overall experience for our family was a 10/10!
